How It Works
The Next Generation Fuel Saver

The "Dual Stage" Fuel Saver 5000™ is the latest and most technologically advanced fuel vaporizing system on the market today, due to its two-stage gasoline vaporizer. Its uniquely engineered design not only vaporizes gasoline more efficiently, it also reduces overall unit costs by eliminating the need to purchase expensive Schrader solenoid valves. These are used on older single-stage vaporizers to prevent flooding from excess gasoline that seeps into the engine.

The Fuel Saver 5000™ has solved this problem with its ALL-METAL, US Patent Pending design, which also solves several other design and material flaws that are common in single stage vaporizers.

How The Fuel Saver 5000™ Works
  • Liquid gas enters the Fuel Saver 5000™ through a fuel delivery line.
  • The liquid gas is turned to vapor gas through a Dual-Stage "cold vaporizing system."
  • The vapor gas is injected directly into the intake manifold through the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) line.
  • The liquid gas passing through the vehicle's present fuel system is decreased to compensate for the added vapor gas. The oxygen sensor sends a signal (to the computer) of the added vapor in the system, and the computer automatically cuts back the flow of liquid gasoline to the injectors to compensate for the added vapor. Your vehicle is still producing the same gas vapor-to-air ratio as before, only now you are vaporizing your fuel more efficiently, thus producing better gas mileage and cleaner emissions!
  • Because you are still maintaining the same vapor-to-air ratio as designed by the auto manufacturer's specifications (14.7 to 1), the Fuel Saver 5000™ WILL NOT harm your engine in any way and therefore will not void your car's warranty!

Comparison to Single Stage Units

Both the Single-Stage Vaporizers and the Fuel Saver 5000™ operate on a cold vapor air bleed system; however, there are 6 major differences.

  1. First and foremost, the Fuel Saver 5000™ has a "Tamper Resistant Cap" (in compliance with Federal EPA anti-tampering laws) that prevents tampering of the Vapor Control Module once the Vapor Control Module is set. To the best of our knowledge no single-stage unit is compliant. By selling or installing a noncompliant unit, one may be subject to a $25,000 fine by the EPA AND/OR face possible criminal charges for each violation.


  2. The Fuel Saver 5000™ fuel delivery system is designed with a Dual-Stage vaporizer to help maximize fuel vaporization and gas mileage. We feel this larger two-stage capacity vapor delivery system offers a better chance of improved gas mileage.


  3. The Fuel Saver 5000™ blockhead is a sturdy ALL-METAL DESIGN constructed of aircraft quality T6 aluminum, whereas some single stage units have a glass or plastic jar attached, which could be a serious safety hazard if broken.


  4. The Fuel Saver 5000™ does not include a Sludge Chamber. Tests have shown that the Sludge Chamber on the single-stage units has no effect on improved gas mileage. Instead, the Fuel Saver 5000™ has a spun aluminum "Secondary Vaporizer Chamber." This ensures maximum gasoline vaporization and eliminates other hidden charges. (See #5.)


  5. The Fuel Saver 5000™ does not require a $60.00 Schrader Solenoid Valve. This is because Fuel Concepts' patent pending "Secondary Vaporizer Chamber" encapsulates excess gas from the fuel line back pressure, and reintroduces it in your engine as vapor.


  6. Compare Price: Average Single-Stage Units Cost $249.95 and require a $60.00 Schrader Valve, which is used to prevent engine flooding on startups.

Simply put, here's how it works...
The fuel systems today, whether carbureted, fuel-injected, or throttle-body fuel-injected, are not vaporizers. They are simply LIQUID gasoline metering devices.

Automobiles can not run on liquid gasoline. Gasoline has to be vaporized for proper combustion. If that was not true then it would be impossible flood your engine.

Even at best, today's cars only vaporize around 20% of the fuel. The remaining liquid fuel passes through the engine into the catalytic converter to be broken down by intense heat. This by-product of burnt liquid gasoline is sent out your exhaust system into the atmosphere in the form of hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide (auto pollution).

The Fuel Saver 5000™ helps vaporize gasoline more efficiently and as a result you get better gas mileage, increased power, and reduced emissions...without leaning out your vapor to air ratio.

On carbureted vehicles this is done by not having to push down on the accelerator as much because of the enhanced horsepower resulting from the added vapor. This is why it feels like a constant tail wind pushing the vehicle.
40% Gas Mileage Boost....Not Bad
